The short version
Thirty days. Write to us and we will give your money back.
The book
The Overlap Life is a digital book, and it comes with the audiobook and the “Design & Destiny” Life Change Guide for $7.
If it is not what you hoped it would be, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. There is nothing to send back and nothing to prove. You keep the files.
How to ask. Use the contact form on this site and tell us the email address you used at checkout. That is the fastest route, because it lands in the same inbox we work from every day.
What happens next. We start the refund as soon as we read your message. It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Stripe, the company that processes our payments, usually takes five to ten business days to put the money back where it came from, and that part is out of our hands.
After 30 days. We are not able to refund a purchase once the thirty days are up. Write to us anyway if something has gone wrong. We would rather hear about it than not.
Gifts
Gifts are voluntary, and we treat them the way we would want ours treated.
If you gave by mistake, gave the wrong amount, or meant to give once and set up a repeating gift instead, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.
To stop a monthly or yearly gift, write to us and we will cancel it. Nothing is charged after that.
One thing worth knowing about gifts
The Overlap Life is operated by Overlap Brands LLC, which is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Gifts to The Overlap Life are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. You are supporting the work directly, the way you would support any teacher whose work you use. See our Terms of Service for the rest of it.
